About Spiritual Direction:

I graduated from Soul Shepherding's Spiritual Direction School, a two-year program that meets the ESDA (Evangelical Spiritual Direction Association) requirements for practicing Spiritual Direction. I continue to see my spiritual director and receive monthly supervision. I practice Spiritual Direction ecumenically, remembering that Abba, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the True Spiritual Director (3-in-1).

I offer Spiritual Direction primarily on a one-on-one basis, either in person or online; however, I'm also able to offer Spiritual Direction groups for those who wish to gather with others.
