The WEPSS assessment was recommended at EnneaSummit 2025 for Spiritual Formation, where some of the biggest names in the Christian Spiritual Formation and Mental Health gathered to share insights on the Enneagram. The Enneagram theory has been used as early as the 4th century and throughout church history. Like a hammer, the Enneagram is a tool. In the hands of a carpenter, a hammer can help build, but in the hands of a person with evil intentions, it can destroy. There is growing interest in the Enneagram, and with it, some speculation.
